Public Tenders

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is pleased to offer this service to suppliers by inviting them to participate in the supply of materials, services, and works for IACAD. Tenders and practices will be published electronically, allowing suppliers to submit their bids securely and directly for the announced tenders and practices. Suppliers can also download the "Smart Supplier" app, the latest app designed for them to review their transactions with over 50 government entities through a unified and simplified interface.

Service Requirements
  • Service Activation: he supplier must be registered in the Government Resource Planning System (registration is free).
  • Browsing the Service:It is recommended to use Internet Explorer version 8 or higher for the best browsing experience when dealing with tender services.
  • Login System:To facilitate interactions with the department, a unified login system is used. If the supplier is registered with any Dubai Government Department, they can log in directly and submit their bids for tenders using the same login credentials from any of the departments.

  • Login If you have a username and password, please log in to the system to submit your bids from here click here

  • Registering as a New Supplier: To register as a new supplier, please contact the department directly via email: isupplier@iacad.gov.ae.
