The program aims to equip 60 second-line leaders from the department with advanced leadership and decision-making skills through a comprehensive training program delivered in Arabic, to be conducted in two cohorts during 2025–2026. The program will rely on MBRSG’s academic and training expertise to refine national leadership talent and enhance their ability to achieve proactive and forward-looking accomplishments across various sectors.

H.E. Dr. Ali Bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government, stated:

"Our strategic partnership with IACAD reflects our firm belief that developing national competencies is not optional—it is a pressing national necessity driven by the demands of the current stage and inspired by the ambitious vision of our leadership to build a pioneering government model based on knowledge and driven by qualified talents, innovative visions, and effective applications."

He added: "At MBRSG, we are committed to designing educational and training programs that combine practical and theoretical components, in line with the highest academic and professional standards. Our programs serve as comprehensive development platforms built on the best global practices, providing an inspiring learning environment that merges strategic vision with real-world application, enhancing participants' readiness to face administrative challenges with efficiency and flexibility, and empowering them to become the leaders of the future and active contributors to the journey of development and innovation."

Batti Abdullah Al Jumairi, Executive Director of the Corporate Support Sector at IACAD, emphasized that this partnership is a strategic step towards realizing the vision of the wise leadership in preparing a qualified national generation to lead the future. He noted that investing in national talents is a guarantee for sustaining governmental excellence and leadership.

Al Jumairi added: "Our faith in youth is great—they are the core and driving force of institutions. Supporting and empowering them is a national duty and a key responsibility we proudly carry. This agreement marks the right path to refining their skills and preparing them for the coming phase, enhancing their readiness to anticipate the future, embrace innovation, and build more agile institutions capable of facing challenges, thereby reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global model in leadership development."

This initiative reflects IACAD’s commitment to supporting the journey of governmental excellence—not only at the national level but also in enhancing the UAE’s position as a global model in preparing and empowering leaders through an integrated system that includes educational and training programs, research and studies, and strategic partnerships.
