The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has announced the launch of its new program "Performance and Loyalty," in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department. The program aims to ensure the sustainability of institutional development mechanisms by enhancing and sustaining job performance, rewarding employees' achievements, and aligning with IACAD’s vision of achieving transparency and institutional excellence.

"Performance and Loyalty" represents a qualitative leap in the evaluation and motivation process, relying on innovative and comprehensive criteria that contribute to improving service quality, sustaining positive results, and fostering a culture of appreciation within the work environment. In this context, Aisha Ahmed Obaid, Acting Director of Human Resources Department, emphasized that the launch of the "Performance and Loyalty" program is part of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department's ongoing efforts to enhance a culture of institutional excellence. She noted IACAD is commitment to developing a work environment that encourages innovation and values individual efforts, which contributes to achieving strategic goals and elevating the level of services.
