Under the leadership of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, "Mother of the Nation," President of the General Women’s Union, and on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the General Women’s Union, we celebrate Emirati Women’s Day 2025 under the slogan “Hand in Hand, We Celebrate the Fifty.”

This slogan reflects a long history of achievements made by Emirati women and honors their vital partnership in building the nation, embodying the national spirit that contributes to the progress of society.

This celebration serves as a tribute to the Emirati woman who has led in various fields. From sister to mother, from daughter to nurturer of generations, the Emirati woman is a beacon of hope and a driving force in shaping the future. She is the core of society, through whom hope and progress emerge.

The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities has worked on empowering women across various sectors by enhancing their active role and providing the necessary support. The department continues to support Emirati women, believing in their generous and effective contributions to serving the nation, making them a role model in every role they perform and a foundation for ongoing leadership and progress in our society.
