In a step toward strengthening community partnerships between security and educational institutions, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, in collaboration with Dubai Police General Command, organized an awareness visit to Al-Freej Nursery as part of the “Community Heroes” initiative. The initiative aims to instill in children values of respect and appreciation for law enforcement officers and to introduce them to the vital role police play in maintaining security and protecting society.
The visit was met with great enthusiasm from the children, who showed genuine interest and excitement in learning about police work. They engaged with officers in an interactive, fun, and educational environment, where they received a simple explanation of police duties and gained firsthand insight into daily operations. This experience helped foster in them values of respect, discipline, national belonging, and social responsibility.
IACAD emphasized that this initiative reflects its educational mission to nurture a generation that is conscious, patriotic, and appreciative of national symbols and institutions—aligning with the directives of the UAE's wise leadership to strengthen national identity and foster community cohesion from an early age.Dubai Police Visits Al Al-Freej Nursery as Part of “Community Heroes” Initiative
