In this context, His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Quran Award, confirmed that the postponement decision followed in-depth studies aimed at further developing the competition's mechanisms.
