“Imam Al-Freej” Returns for Its Second Season – An Initiative by IACAD to Instill Values in Youth as Part of the Year of the Community 2025

As part of its strategy to be closer to the community, and in conjunction with the “Year of the Community 2025,” the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has launched the second edition of its initiative, “Imam Al-Freej.” This initiative targets Emirati children and youth between the ages of 11 and 16 in neighborhoods and residential areas across Dubai. It will run from July 1 to August 8, 2025, in several approved mosques equipped to host participants in a safe and motivating educational environment.

A generous donor has paid AED 19,000 to cover the treatment costs of a 60-year-old Gulf national, known as Abu Ahmed, who suffers from a platelet deficiency disorder. The patient urgently needed to renew his health insurance card in order to access necessary medications and medical care, as well as continue regular hospital checkups.

A generous donor has paid AED 12,000 in overdue school fees on behalf of "Abu Ammar," who has been struggling with severe financial difficulties that left him unable to cover his son's educational expenses.
