Dubai Preachers | Khateeb Mohammed Hassan Al-Tahir - Friday Sermon - Nad Al Sheba Mosque (Nad Al Sheba 4)
Sheikh Mohammed Hassan Al-Tahir delivered the Friday sermon at Nad Al Sheba 4 Mosque in Dubai, titled “Our Youth in National Service.” In his sermon, he discussed the virtue of national service and its positive impact on shaping the character of young people, as well as its role in strengthening the values of loyalty and belonging to the nation and wise leadership.
The Sheikh focused on the importance of instilling the meanings of sacrifice, discipline, and responsibility in the hearts of the youth, considering them the backbone and support of the nation in both the present and the future. He pointed out that national service is not merely a military duty but an educational institution that reinforces religious, national, and ethical values.
The preacher cited Qur'anic verses and Prophetic traditions that highlight the importance of striving in the cause of Allah, obeying those in authority, and working for the elevation of the nation. He emphasized that supporting the homeland and participating in its service are among the greatest acts of devotion for which a Muslim is rewarded.
He concluded the sermon with prayers for the youth of the nation for success and guidance, and for the wise leadership for continued glory and empowerment, asking Allah to protect the United Arab Emirates and to bless it with lasting security and stability.
