Under the slogan "Thank You, Sheikha Hind," the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Quran Competition concludes its 25th edition by honoring the distinguished participants

The Dubai International Quran Award of The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai , concluded the Sheikh Hind bint Maktoum Quran Competition in its 25th edition. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi, Director-General of IACAD and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Dubai International Quran Award, along with the members of the Board.

On this occasion, His Excellency expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for her patronage, which represents a noble message reflecting the deep connection of the UAE community to Islamic values. Her continuous encouragement to memorize the Quran and reflect on its meanings was also acknowledged.

His Excellency mentioned that the competition will witness a significant transformation in the coming years, with the introduction of new categories that will enhance the participation of various segments of society. Additionally, the adoption of advanced technologies will align with modern developments to facilitate participation and assessment of contestants, ensuring that the competition remains at the forefront of initiatives supporting the Quran and honoring its memorizers. He also praised the efforts of the organizing teams for successfully managing this edition and commended the high level of the participants.

The 25th edition honored the winners in various categories. In the first category, the first place among females went to Naima Abdul Fattah Mohammed (Somalia) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Ajman, the second place to Amina Seif Al-Islam Ahmed Babiker (Sudan) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Abu Dhabi, and the third place to Anwar Mahmoud Abdullah Mohammed Al-Zaabi (UAE) from the Sharjah Quran and Sunnah Foundation. Among males, the first place was awarded to Nuruddin Yusupov (Tajikistan) from the Sharjah Quran and Sunnah Foundation, the second place to Mansour Mohammed Mansour Al-Atrawi (Egypt) from Bilal Bin Rabah Quran Memorization Center, and the third place to Omar Suleiman Mohammed Ahmed (Sudan) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Ajman.

In the second category, the first place among females was shared by Layla Mohammed Zuhair Al-Basha (Syria) from the Sharjah Quran and Sunnah Foundation, and Mubarka Mohammed Junaid Noor (Bangladesh) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Al Ain, while the third place went to Zahra Mohammed Rashid Mohyiddin (India) from Maktoum Quran Memorization Centers. Among males, the first place was awarded to Hamed Ahmed Mazadi (Iran) from Maktoum Quran Memorization Centers, the second place to Mohammed Minhaj Al-Salihin Mohammed Murshid (Bangladesh) from Hamid Bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi Quran Center, and the third place to Abdulaziz Adel Suleiman Al-Jizani (Yemen) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Ajman.

In the third category, the first place among females went to Khaloud Mohammed Zuhair Al-Basha (Syria) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Fujairah branch, the second place to Zina Anas Mohammed Saleh (Syria) from Maktoum Quran Memorization Centers, and the third place to Amina Ali Ahmed Ali Al-Hamadi (UAE) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Abu Dhabi. Among males, the first place was awarded to Tamim Majed Salem Saif Al-Kindi (UAE) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Fujairah branch, the second place to Mohammed Ramadan Abdul-Mutagalli Mohammed Al-Baz (Egypt) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments, Al Dhafra region, and the second place was also awarded to Luqman Ahmed Mohammed Badreldin (Bangladesh) from the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Al Ain.

The ceremony also honored winners in other categories, highlighting the high level of the competition in supporting the Quran. The event concluded with the distribution of valuable prizes and certificates of appreciation to the participants.
