More than 1,930 Participants in the Ramadan Khatmah for Riyadh Al-Quran by IACAD

The Ramadan Khatmah initiative, part of the "Mataouat Al-Freej" program launched by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, witnessed unprecedented participation. Riyadh Al-Quran was filled with the voices of 1,936 female students and 99 teachers who completed the recitation of the Holy Quran during the blessed month of Ramadan.

Mrs. Mona Matar Bakhit Al-Falasi, Head of the Studies and Teachers section at the Maktoum Centers for the Quran and its Sciences, revealed remarkable figures that reflect the success of the initiative. A total of 123 Quranic kindergartens for females participated, under the supervision of 99 teachers, including 29 Emirati teachers, highlighting the role of national talents in serving the Quran.

The number of students reached 1,936, including 627 Emirati students, emphasizing the growing community interest in learning and memorizing the Holy Quran. It is also noteworthy that some centers did not stop at one Khatmah, but began a second one, while other centers continued their steady progress towards completing their first Khatmah, reflecting the spirit of faith-based competition and the enthusiasm of the students during the month of Ramadan.

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to nurturing and developing such Quranic initiatives, praying that this effort be sincere for the sake of Allah, and that He bless all those who contributed to spreading and teaching His Holy Book.
