"Legacy of Wisdom" Dialogue Session at IACAD to Celebrate Emirati Women's Day

In celebration of Emirati Women's Day, which falls on August 28 each year, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai organized a dialogue session titled "Legacy of Wisdom" at the Umm Al sheif Cultural Islamic Center. The session focused on the pivotal role of Emirati mothers in shaping the future and raising a generation that upholds national and religious values.

The session featured Ms. Moza Al Mehairi, Ms. Fatima Al Maghazz, and Ms. Latifa Al Suboosi, with Ms. Rouya Al Ketbi as the moderator. It highlighted the leadership role of Emirati mothers in shaping Emirati women and enhancing their journey. The discussion centered on three main themes: the role of Emirati mothers in nurturing future leaders, the reinforcement of national identity, and the crucial role of Emirati mothers in building innovative and cohesive communities.

The dialogue session, "Legacy of Wisdom," explored the leadership role of Emirati mothers in creating innovative and cohesive societies, their active contribution to developing future leaders, and instilling the Emirati identity. It addressed the leadership role of Emirati women in preparing generations to face future challenges, providing a sound educational and religious environment, and their significant role in preserving national identity through passing down authentic Emirati customs and traditions to younger generations.

Attendees included a group of organizational unit managers, department staff, and students of Islamic Knowledge Department from various branches, as well as a select group of Emirati mothers who shared their experiences and insights during the session.

The session concluded with a commendation of the contributions of Emirati women, honoring outstanding Emirati mothers for their efforts in building a strong and cohesive community. The participants appreciated the opportunity to exchange ideas and inspire the community with success stories and inspiring experiences that reflect the pioneering impact of Emirati mothers.
