IACAD Sponsors the DIHAD Opportunities Platform, Empowering Emirati Talent in the Humanitarian Sector

IACAD Sponsors the DIHAD Opportunities Platform, Empowering Emirati Talent in the Humanitarian Sector

As part of its commitment to empowering national talent and strengthening their presence in the humanitarian field, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) sponsored the "DIHAD Opportunities" platform during the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference and Exhibition (DIHAD 2025). This platform serves as a promising gateway for Emirati citizens seeking employment in the humanitarian and charitable sector. It will run until May 1, 2025, in Sheikh Maktoum Hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre, daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This participation is held in collaboration with the DIHAD Sustainable Humanitarian Foundation and supported by the Nafis Program, aiming to open new career paths for Emiratis and enable them to explore dozens of specialized job opportunities at leading local and international charitable organizations, reinforcing their role in advancing humanitarian development.

Through this sponsorship, IACAD reaffirms its dedication to supporting national efforts in attracting Emirati talent to career paths centered on giving and volunteerism, in alignment with the wise leadership’s vision of positioning the UAE as a global capital for humanitarianism and a leader in supporting relief and development initiatives around the world.

This collaboration reflects IACAD’s vision of building impactful partnerships with humanitarian and charitable institutions and leveraging national capabilities to enhance long-term social and humanitarian impact. It also strengthens the UAE’s cultural identity and global standing as a beacon of goodwill and generosity.
