As part of its community partnership aimed at supporting the educational process and promoting positive values among students, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) is participating in the “Welcome Back to School” initiative, organized by the Ministry of Education in preparation for the start of the 2025–2026 academic year.

This initiative aligns with IACAD’s “Closer to the Community” strategy and the vision of the “Year of Community 2025.” It reflects the department’s commitment to instilling religious, cultural, and national values in students, in line with the leadership’s vision of preparing a conscious generation firmly rooted in Emirati identity.

Yahya Abdulaziz, Acting Head of the Religious Guidance Section, explained that IACAD’s participation includes providing the program with a group of specialized preachers who possess pedagogical expertise and an engaging storytelling style tailored to the interests of the younger generation. He emphasized that the beginning of the academic year is an ideal time to foster motivation, discipline, and ambition in students, as it carries positive energy that prepares them to face educational challenges with renewed spirit.

He further added that the department’s contribution through its preachers enriches the initiative by presenting carefully selected topics suitable for different age groups, thereby achieving the program’s awareness goals of building well-balanced personalities and reinforcing national and social values.
