In an effort to enhance financial efficiency and innovation in procurement management, The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai organized a workshop for the "TASHAROK Store" government procurement platform in coordination with the Department of Finance. During the workshop, the goals of the "TASHAROK Store" platform were reviewed, which aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in government procurement processes.
"TASHAROK Store" is a unified platform for government procurement, representing a significant advancement in its field. It aims to achieve cost savings for Dubai Government purchases, offer competitive prices, and execute procurement operations in the shortest possible time, with the ability to align purchasing standards across various government entities. All of this will contribute to reducing costs through the discovery of new tools that promote transparency and efficiency in procurement management.
For his part, Mr. Omar Al Khuziami, Head of the Procurement section, emphasized that the "TASHAROK Store" platform is not just a technical tool, but a platform that opens new horizons in resource management. Al Khuziami stressed the importance of expanding its use to achieve sustainable development and enhance financial governance.
This workshop is part of a series of initiatives by IACAD aimed at enabling direct and joint communication with government entities, improving their financial performance, and maximizing the benefits of these strategic partnerships.
