IACAD Organizes a Virtual Fatwa Session on Hajj Rulings and the Virtues of the First Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote religious awareness and disseminate Islamic knowledge, and in preparation for the Hajj season, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai is organizing a virtual fatwa session titled “Hajj Rulings and the First Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah.” The session will be held on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, in collaboration with Al Huda Quran Memorization Center.

The session will be delivered by His Eminence Dr. Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Haddad, Grand Mufti at IACAD, and moderated by Dr. Zahra Mohammed Al Jabri. It will be conducted remotely via the Zoom platform to enable broader participation, especially among women and female employees of the department.

This session will cover key Islamic rulings related to the performance of Hajj rituals and highlight the virtues of the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah. Participants will also have the opportunity to submit their inquiries and receive reliable answers from an authorized religious source in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah.

This initiative is part of a series of awareness programs organized by the department, reflecting its religious and social mission and its commitment to supporting the leadership’s vision in promoting Islamic values, moderation, and tolerance. The program aims to help build a cohesive and knowledgeable society that takes pride in its authentic Islamic identity.
