The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has launched the initiative “Winter Intensive Course 2025 – Female” across its various centers and selected mosques, under the theme Gardens of Paradise in Quran Circles. This initiative strengthens the department’s efforts to support the teaching of the Holy Quran and its sciences, and to instill faith-based values and sound religious knowledge among girls and women, in line with the vision of the wise leadership and the department’s strategic goal of investing in human development and enhancing religious awareness.

The course takes participants on a comprehensive learning journey that combines Quran memorization and revision through a structured program with multiple levels designed to accommodate individual differences, enabling each participant to progress confidently along the path of memorization and mastery. It also includes rich scholarly programs under the title “Treasures of Quranic Sciences at Your Fingertips”, featuring the study of Tuhfat al-Atfal, learning Al-Na’ili’s poem on distinguishing Makki and Madani verses, in addition to the interpretation of uncommon words in the shorter surahs—enhancing participants’ understanding of the Quranic text and equipping them with solid tools of Islamic knowledge.

The benefits extend further through enjoyable interactive workshops delivered using modern educational methods, focusing on developing life skills and nurturing the personalities of girls and women with positive values that enhance confidence, awareness, and the ability to navigate daily situations responsibly and wisely. Overall, the course aims to instill a love for the Quran, elevate faith-based conduct, and contribute to building an aware and knowledgeable generation capable of serving its religion and community.

The course is held daily from 14 December to 31 December 2025, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, across several carefully selected locations that ensure a comfortable learning environment, including: Maktoum Centers Building in Al Warqa 1, Sultan Yousef Ahli Mosque in Al Mizhar 3, Mohammed Hassan Al Sheikh Mosque in Al Twar 1, Al Zarouni Grand Mosque in Al Nahda 2, Hassan Balghzoz Mosque in Al Quoz 1, and Sheikha Sanaa bint Mani’ Al Maktoum Mosque in Hatta.
