The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, presented an inspiring lecture at the Global Indian School auditorium titled "Islamic Culture and the Ethics of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)." The lecture aimed to promote understanding and buildbridges of cultural coexistence, aligning with Dubai's vision as a global beacon of coexistence and cultural dialogue.
The lecture aimed to provide an exemplary model to follow by highlighting the noble character of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which is based on high principles of tolerance, mercy, and mutual respect—values promoted by Islamic law to build a society characterized by peaceful coexistence and cooperation among different cultures and religions.
The lecture was followed by a competitive speech contest in English, featuring 12 students from different grade levels. Three of the students, who excelled in the art of speech, reached the top three positions. A total of 200 students and 16 teachers from the school benefited from the event, expressing their deep interest in adopting these noble values of the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) character.
