As part of its firm commitment to the principles of transparency and enhancing institutional efficiency, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai announced the launch of internal interviews to fill a number of specialized positions. This initiative was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi, Director General of IACAD, and aims to select the best candidates from among the applicants according to high professional standards.
Aisha Obaid, Acting Director of the Human Resources Department, emphasized that this initiative reflects IACAD’s commitment to applying the highest standards of integrity and fairness in the selection and recruitment processes. Obaid added, “We are always striving to create a fair competitive environment that allows employees to achieve professional excellence while adhering to the transparency standards that are part of our institutional values.”
