IACAD Participation in Al Furjan Summer Camp 2024 Concluded

IACAD concluded its participation in the activities of the Al Furjan Summer Camp, Season II, organized by Al Ameen Service and the Dubai Furjan Initiative in the period between 8 and 25 July 2024. It targetsthe age group between 4 - 15 years in 3 schools in Furjan Mirdif, Al Barsha and Nad Al Sheba. This aims to develop children’s life skills, instil religious and national values in them. Also, to enhance their environmental awareness through a variety of programs and workshops.

IACAD, represented by Mr. Yacoub Al-Hooti, Mr. Abdullah Musa Al-Balushi, and Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al-Raisi, presented during this year camp 30 interactive religious workshops, with an average of 10 workshops in each school. The topics revolved around teachings related to the pillars of Islam, the pillars of faith, the jurisprudential rulings related to the description of prayer and ablution. In addition,the manner of traveller’s prayer, and Sujud Sahwi(Sajdah of forgetfulness). Also, some other issues most frequently repeated with the children participating in the camp.

IACAD's participation in the Al Furjan camp activities is a part of the IACAD’s social responsibility, IACAD seeks to achieve by preparing a future generation equipped with creative skills, knowledge and life information compatible with the Emirati environment. Also, by highlighting authentic customs and traditions, and instilling national identity related values.
