As part of Innovation Month and in line with enhancing a work environment based on creativity, excellence, and sustainability, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai organized the third edition of the Human Resources Forum at the Umm Alsheif Islamic Cultural Center. The event was attended by His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi, Director-General of IACAD, His Excellency Abdullah Bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Director-General of the Dubai Human Resources Department, along with executive directors, unit managers, IACAD’s employees, and representatives from the Youth Council of the Dubai Human Resources Department.
The forum reflected IACAD’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and empowering human resources, based on its central role in achieving institutional sustainability and boosting productivity through the development of competencies and encouraging creativity. The event served as an opportunity to highlight IACAD’s achievements and the talents of its employees through interactive programs aimed at supporting competencies and enhancing a dynamic work environment.
The forum included a range of activities designed to break the routine and enhance interaction. The agenda featured a competition for the most beautiful recitation from IACAD’s employees. Additionally, the "Best Content Creator" competition was launched to emphasize the important role played by cultural content creators. The video "Closer to the Community" was also presented, showcasing IACAD’s most prominent community initiatives that have received wide acceptance and significant public interest for offering an exemplary model in community service and raising awareness of Islamic values through modern and impactful methods.
His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al-Muhairi emphasized that the Human Resources Forum embodies IACAD approach toward empowering competencies and stimulating an innovative institutional environment. Human resources are considered a cornerstone in achieving excellence and sustainable development.
His Excellency also stressed that investing in human talent is the foundation for achieving IACAD’s strategic goals and ensuring its ability to provide high-quality services that keep pace with future changes.
The forum concluded with a message of support and encouragement from the Director-General, who highlighted the importance of investing in human capital, creating an interactive environment that stimulates creativity, and enhancing employees' abilities to contribute effectively to achieving the department’s vision and strategic goals. He also noted that outstanding talents are the primary driving force behind the progress and institutional innovation.
