The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) has announced the opening of registration for the second phase of the " Ghiras Alsaif 2025" program, dedicated to girls aged 7 to 15 years. The program will run from August 4 to 14, 2025, Monday to Thursday, under the theme "Today's Ghiras... Tomorrow's Harvest." This initiative comes as part of the department's commitment to youth development and its community engagement role during the "Year of Community 2025", by offering a comprehensive educational and developmental experience that combines knowledge with application, and blends learning with entertainment in an engaging and diverse environment that empowers girls to step confidently into the future.
The program is built around five main pillars: the Holy Qur’an, Emirati etiquette (Al-Sana’a), life skills, leadership, and innovation—aiming to nurture a generation of girls who
are spiritually aware, nationally rooted, and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for future success. The second phase of the program will be held across various IACAD-affiliated centers located throughout Dubai, ensuring accessibility and encouraging wider community participation. Participating centers include:
• Maktoum Center for the Holy Qur’an and its Sciences (Al Warqa)
• Maktoum Center (Nad Al Sheba 4)
