The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai, in collaboration with the Dubai Future Foundation, has launched the "100 Designers for the Future" program, the first of its kind aimed at preparing IACAD’s employees—including leaders and specialists in engineering, fatwa issuance, preaching, and scientific research—to keep pace with future transformations and enhance government competencies' readiness.
The "100 Designers for the Future" program seeks to empower participants with the ability to anticipate the future and design innovative solutions that support the sustainability of government services and strengthen institutional resilience to meet upcoming challenges.
The program is structured around key pillars that ensure the strategic skills development of employees, including future trend forecasting, impact analysis on government work, and the development of proactive solutions that enhance service sustainability. It also fosters a culture of innovation and adaptability to changes, ensuring the continuity of institutional performance with high efficiency.

His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al Muhairi, Director General of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, emphasized that launching the "100 Designers for the Future" program represents a qualitative leap in building government competencies capable of addressing future challenges.
