Educational Lectures Begin for Dubai Government Employees Performing Hajj

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai organized an educational lecture for Dubai government employees performing Hajj in Makkah, as part of the accompanying program for the pilgrimage journey. The lecture aimed to familiarize the pilgrims with the rites of Hajj and essential travel guidelines.

Delivered by Omar Saad Basla’a, the group's religious advisor, the session provided a comprehensive, step-by-step explanation of the Hajj rituals — beginning with the Day of Tarwiyah and continuing through to the completion of the pilgrimage. The lecture also covered key travel instructions and safety procedures to ensure pilgrims perform their rituals in accordance with Islamic principles and official regulations.

Mr. Mohammed Musabbih, Executive Director of the Charitable Work Sector and Head of the Hajj delegation, explained that the lecture reflects the department's commitment to preparing the pilgrims both spiritually and logistically. He emphasized the importance of raising awareness to help ensure a peaceful and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage experience.

He also noted that the organizing committee is continuing to deliver such lectures daily to educate the pilgrims and provide them with the necessary knowledge. He praised the efforts and ongoing support of the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for facilitating the journey and caring for the pilgrims.
