The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable activities Department organized an English online course entitled "Comparative Religion" by Dr. Muhammed Eyada Al-Kobaisi, Grand Mufti at IACAD with the attendance of more than 40 counselors and teachers.
This course is to provide the participants the skills that could help them understanding the other to spread the moderate Islamic culture among various communities.
“The United Arab Emirates seeks to spread the authentic values of Islam by conveying the true image of the Islamic religion, and accordingly, the Student Affairs section worked in cooperation with the Grand Mufti, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kubaisi to present the lecture in order to provide ways of communication and build bridges of knowledge.” Shamsa Muhammad bin Shafei, Head of the Scholars Affairs section, added, “we aim to develop and support teachers, mentors and those interested in acquiring knowledge that could help them spread the tolerant Islam among the communities in the country.” She concluded.
The Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture works to achieve its strategic vision by spreading awareness and introducing the moderate Islamic culture among the communities residing in Dubai.
