The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has announced the launch of its new service project as part of a series of initiatives and projects under its strategic plan for 2025-2027, titled "Center in Every Geographic Area." This initiative aims to expand the scope of activities and events while providing direct support to the local community. The project aims to offer a variety of activities and events for beneficiaries in residential neighborhoods across different areas of the emirate.
In this context, Mr. Jasim Mohammed Al-Khazraji, Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Islamic Culture and project leader, stated that the project seeks to bring religious activities and events closer to citizens and residents. This will significantly enhance communication between the department and community members, facilitating faster and more efficient service delivery, thereby improving the quality of life and reducing the burden on individuals in accessing these services.
He noted that the services provided at all centers and mosques affiliated with the department will be available to all segments of society. The offerings will cover various fields, including preaching, guidance, religious fatwas, and Quran memorization, with future plans to expand services to include awareness and training programs, as well as religious activities suitable for all ages and interests.
