The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai has announced the opening of registration for the new 2025 season at "Al-Freej Nursery" at the Umm Suqeim Cultural Islamic Center, the joint project with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) . This initiative is part of IACAD’s efforts to provide comprehensive care for children and teach them Emirati cultural and religious values.
The nursery, which aims to instill Emirati culture and Islamic values in children, welcomes over 40 children from Emirati families, aged between 1 and 4 years old. The children are taught by Emirati staff, including "Ummahat Al-Freej" (mothers of the neighborhood), who contribute to spreading Emirati customs and traditions.
Hamda Seif Al- almutaiwei, the project manager, stated that "Al-FReej Nursery" represents an important step in raising a new generation based on strong Arab, religious, and cultural foundations, with an emphasis on the role of neighborhood mothers in the community and enhancing intergenerational cooperation.
Opening registration for the new season provides an opportunity for the Emirati community to benefit from this unique nursery, which blends academic and practical education, offering a comprehensive educational environment that meets the needs of children and raises them on Islamic values and Emirati heritage.
For registration and further information, parents can visit the Umm Suqeim Cultural Islamic Center or contact IACAD through the available communication channels.
