Al-Fareej Nursery, launched by the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai in collaboration with the Knowledge and Human Development Authority, at the Umm Alsfheif Cultural Islamic Center, welcomed a delegation from the Dubai Human Resources Department. The visit aimed to familiarize the delegation with the nursery's facilities and showcase the distinguished services it offers to Emirati children. The nursery represents a unique model in child care, focusing on utilizing Emirati talent, including "Mothers of AlFereej."
During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation in supporting working mothers by providing advanced child care services, as well as exchanging expertise in human resources and developing the staff working at the nursery.
The delegation from the Dubai Human Resources Department praised the pioneering role that Al-Fareej Nursery plays in offering quality services that benefit Emirati families. They emphasized the importance of this initiative in achieving a balance between work and family life and enhancing national identity.
