The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai announces the launch of The First Academic Course: Qur’an Circles, under the program Riyadh Al-Qur’an – Nad Al Sheba Women’s Center, presented by Ms. Mona Tareq Al Alili. This course aims to strengthen participants’ connection with the Holy Qur’an through scholarly gatherings that combine sound academic foundations with practical application. The program covers key themes including Qur’anic Sciences, Principles of Qur’anic Interpretation, and Living by the Qur’an, contributing to a deeper understanding of the Qur’an and its impact on daily life. The course is designed for women and will be held every Wednesday, starting from January 7, 2026, until March 4, 2026, comprising 9 academic sessions, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai has launched the Imam Al-Baghawi Week (may Allah have mercy on him), aiming to highlight Imam Al-Baghawi’s scholarly stature, introduce his methodology in Qur’anic interpretation, and showcase his contributions to the service of the Holy Qur’an, while promoting awareness of authentic Islamic heritage through a contemporary approach that meets the needs of society. The program features a series of lectures, mosque lessons, and awareness materials held at a number of mosques across Dubai, in addition to informative visual content published through the Department’s platforms. The events conclude with general mosque lessons focusing on the life and scholarly legacy of Imam Al-Baghawi (may Allah have mercy on him), contributing to the consolidation of sound Islamic knowledge and strengthening the community’s connection with Qur’anic sciences.
