This initiative comes as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to strengthen faith-based values and promote concepts of reassurance and psychological well-being within the community, in line with its strategic plans and the vision of the UAE leadership to build a cohesive and stable society. As part of promoting social responsibility, the lecture “One Heart for the Safety of Our Community”, delivered by Asma Kazim on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, emphasizes that security is a fundamental objective of Islamic law. It also highlights the duty of individuals toward their leadership and the role of society in adhering to laws and regulations, thereby reinforcing community stability.

The course will be delivered by Ms. Mona Tareesh Al Alili and will be held remotely starting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The course aims to enhance participants’ proper understanding of the sciences of Quranic interpretation by addressing several key topics, most notably the principles and rules of Tafsir, the methodologies of Quran interpreters, and the different types of Tafsir. It targets female employees and students of the centers, working women, university students, as well as women from the general community and Quran memorizers, as part of the Department’s efforts to promote Quranic awareness and reinforce sound Islamic concepts through a structured and simplified approach.

The lecture addresses the concepts of inner peace and having good faith in God, ways to achieve psychological balance during crises, and the role of the family as a primary source of security, while emphasizing certainty in God’s care and the promise of الخير ahead.
