Every year during the Hajj season, the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) in Dubai, in collaboration with Dubai Airports, organizes a farewell event for the Hajj delegation. For the 2025 season, a special gathering will be held on Saturday, May 31, at Dubai International Airport to bid farewell to the Government of Dubai employees embarking on their pilgrimage. The pilgrims will be departing to the holy sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform the sacred rites of Hajj. The event includes full coordination to ensure all necessary facilities and services are in place for the comfort and convenience of the pilgrims. In addition, commemorative gifts will be presented to all participants as a gesture of appreciation and support.
