The Community Development Authority and the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai are organizing the “Dubai Pulse” event at the Nad Al Sheba Women’s Center from 9-11 p.m., after Tarawih prayers, in the presence of prominent women leaders.
