Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is offering the “Asbab Al-Nuzul in the Qur’an” course as part of the Ramadan Program, aiming to explain the contexts of Qur’anic revelations and deepen understanding of the Qur’an during the holy month. The course is presented by Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Raisi and will be held daily after Asr prayer at Al-Safa Grand Mosque – Jumeirah 2, except on Fridays. It is open to all mosque visitors and seeks to enhance Qur’anic knowledge as well as religious and social values in the community.

This event is part of the Department’s efforts to raise religious awareness and provide practical guidance to the community to sustain steadfastness in faith and devotion.

Course: Explanation of Prophetic Hadiths, Adhkar, and Supplications

As part of the Ramadan in Dubai 2026 initiatives, the Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department in Dubai is organizing a religious course titled “Explanation of Prophetic Hadiths, Adhkar, and Supplications,” presented by Mona Tareq Al Alili, in line with efforts to enhance spiritual awareness and strengthen faith-based values during the Holy Month. The course will be held at Nad Al Sheba Women’s Center from 23 February 2026 to 5 March 2026, from Monday to Thursday, after Dhuhr prayer. The program aims to deepen participants’ understanding of selected Prophetic hadiths and authentic daily supplications, delivered in a clear and accessible manner that strengthens their connection to the Sunnah and reflects the spiritual essence and values of Ramadan. The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department is organizing the “Ramadan Khatmah” event as part of the Riyad Al Qur’an Program at Maktoum Centers for the Holy Qur’an and Its Sciences throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. The program will be held during both morning and evening sessions and delivered remotely via a dedicated registration link. The initiative aims to complete the recitation of the Holy Qur’an during the blessed month in a spiritually uplifting atmosphere that strengthens connection to the Book of Allah. It targets girls, women, and senior Emirati women, supporting women’s Qur’anic empowerment and expanding community participation in faith-based programs. The event forms part of the Department’s efforts to promote moderate Islamic culture, enhance spiritual well-being, and utilize modern technology to provide remote religious services, contributing to the reinforcement of Qur’anic values and strengthening family cohesion during Ramadan.
